Divorce - Child Custody Evaluations & Conflict Resolution
Courts often request Dr. Lovinger's assistance to resolve children's issues that arise during a divorce. Judges and individual lawyers often seek out his help to resolve child custody disputes (the "allocation of parental rights and responsibilities.") When asked to perform a child custody evaluation Dr. Lovinger focuses on the best interest of the child and keeps their needs paramount. Dr. Lovinger is especially well suited to undertake this sensitive task because in addition to his other credentials and expertise in psychology, psychotherapy and personality assessment, he is a trained and certified child psychologist. Few psychologists in North East Ohio have Dr. Lovinger's rare combination of credentials, training and experience.
